Your Agreement to me:

1. You receive permission to one (1) printed pattern for the price listed.

2. My listed prices are "You Print", please read below for other arrangements.

3. You may NOT save any of my files.

All files, graphics, patterns, instructions are Copyrighted. You have permission to make items from these patterns for personal use only and for pocket money. Personal use only may also consist of giving items you have made to others as gifts. Pocket money refers to doing local craft shows and selling to individuals.

1. No mass production is authorized.

2. Permission in NOT granted to share any items obtained from this site without written permission from me, this include ALL ITEMS (FREE, ONSALE, Files, instructions, etc..)

3. The contents of beadedballoons.com (images, files, patterns, instructions, etc.) are not public property and may not be bought, sold, traded or taken from this site.

Downloading without permission, the patterns, graphics, designs or images constitutes receipt of stolen goods and you could be prosecuted.

Please pay close attention to the levels on each item, they denote the level of difficulty. I am NOT liable for any item that you purchase that is beyond your beading ability. Each item has its own unique number and it is clearly marked on each description.

Blue button - If you have tested your printer by doing a test print and are ready to print your own pattern then click this button to purchase.

Peach button - This is for those of you that ran a test page and are unable to get a good quality print and would prefer to have me mail you a copy. The patterns will go out priority mail and usually arrive within a couple of days. I print the pattern on my laser printer and mail the pattern to you. There is a cost of $.35 per page to cover the cost of printing and a $4.75 shipping and handling fee for the order. The $4.75 covers as many patterns as you order at one time. NOT per pattern, but per order. No limits on number of pattern you can order at one time.

Payments

Payments are made at the time of purchase. Creations by Robi Lynn accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Money Orders and Certified Checks only. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure gateway, Authorize.net, which has one on the highest ratings on the web for security. This site has a 128-bit encryption. Please check your browser to see if this higher encryption is supported. Usually you can get an upgrade to your current browser for FREE.

You can mail your order to me at the address located on the ContactMe page along with a certified check or money order for the "I Print Price" (the peach colored button) plus a flat rate of $4.75 for shipping and handling. (The shipping rate is for as many patterns as you order at one time whether it is one or ten, it does not matter.) USA FUNDS ONLY! New Mexico residents please add appropriate sales tax of .0685 to your order. The shipping rate for kits will be included in the cost of the kit.

Billing

Under NO circumstances will I extend credit and bill you for a purchase. Creations by Robi Lynn dba beadedballoons is an Internet Store and only accept Visa and Master Card, Discover Card, Certified checks or Money Orders. If you do not have a credit card then you can mail your order to me at the address located on the ContactMe page along with a certified check or money order for the "I Print Price" (The shipping rate is for as many patterns as you order at one time whether it is one or ten, it does not matter.) USA FUNDS ONLY! The appropriate sales taxes will be added for NM residents. The shipping rate for kits will be included in the cost of the kit.

Returns & Refunds

No returns. Patterns have been tested. All patterns are sold "AS IS".

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

No refund will be given on patterns either printed by you or printed by Creations by Robi Lynn dba beadedballoons and shipped to you.

No refund will be given on any kit purchased from Creations by Robi Lynn dba beadedballoons.

I am NOT liable for items that you are not able to print on your own machine due to your equipment failure. I give a test pattern for that reason.

I am NOT liable for items that you have purchased that are beyond your beading ability, patterns are clearly marked as to their difficulty.

I am NOT liable for items that you have crafted out of different size beads that did not turned out like the pattern shows them. Patterns are clearly marked as to the types of beads required to construct them properly.

International

At this time Creations by Robi Lynn dab beadedballoons is not shipping internationally. Patterns, of course, can be printed but that is all. Kits are limited to USA only. I am working on getting a shipping cost table constructed so that international shipping can be done in the near future. USA Funds Only!
